酒店地理位置不錯，在公園景點旁邊，吃早餐欣賞對岸的風景。床很大，房間寬敞，雖然房間進來有點異味 可能是河邊下水道的關係，鼻子比較靈敏，點了香薰，基本OK。總體的體驗，還是很滿意。酒店早餐也不錯 很豐盛，晚餐大堂也有開業買。比較方便。前台服務人員很客氣。

訂的河景房，能看到對面的彩虹橋和議會大廈，景色宜人，尤其是晚霞很美，周邊吃東西的地方很多，有一家印度餐館很地道，照片裡有飯店的名字。馬路對面就是河濱公園，早晨鍛鍊的人很多。周邊有購物中心，距離唐人街很近。不過唐人街很小的一條街。酒店的早餐很豐富，還有單點的麵條一類的，很不錯，水果酸奶都很多，雞蛋有很多種選擇。我們衹住了一晚上體驗一下，感覺很好，夜晚很安靜，性價比不錯，旁邊的希爾頓房價高了差不多一倍，位置完全一樣，區別就是這邊的房間設施陳舊一些，毛巾浴巾發舊了，隔壁設施新，房間大一些，毛巾浴巾都是純白色的，服務好一些，游泳池漂亮一些。如果不介意房間設施可以選擇住這裡，畢竟價格低很多。

Infront of Kuching waterfront. Very easy walk to Kuching attractions. The buffet breakfast has A good spread of local good and has an outdoor space over looking the waterfront. We truly like to have breakfast everyday outside.

The staff at this hotel are friendly, and the short visit was pleasant. However, the air conditioning in the room needs maintenance because it’s not working well. Overall, it’s an acceptable experience.

The best room view of the waterfront and perfect location for our short and sweet makan2 訂房網站. Everything is nearby. Hotel staffs were kind and very helpful especially when we have problem with our air conditioning. They offered a room changed but we were too lazy to pack plus it was just a single night stay so they tried another solution and borrowed us a fan at the same time 🤗

The room didn't match the photos - it was quite old and not well-maintained. The bed and pillows had an odd smell. While the location is in the city center, it still requires a considerable walk to reach main attractions. The service quality was inconsistent. The female receptionist appeared unfriendly and unwilling to assist guests, though I must note that the male reception staff was welcoming and the bellhop service was generally good. Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again and will look for alternative accommodations in the future.

Downside: no chair provided at dressing table which was inconvenient if you are business traveller. I have a problem with door access and they need to call technician to sort it out. upside: large and cosy room.

We chosed Astana Wing after after having a wonderful stay at Puteri Wing because reading a review that staying at Deluxe room will offer the best sunset view. We discovered to our dismay that not all deluxe rooms have that excellent sunset view. The checkin was slow. The room deco was dull & minimalist. There are no power outlet on both side of the bed just one. There is no towels provided upon checkin. In the morning we found out there are no shampoo & body wash provided.. just 3 body lotion (see picture) Will we recommend this hotel & repeat stay? Definately NOT.
